Candle Care and Safety Tips

  • Let it burn

Allow your candle to melt all the way to the edge every time you burn it. Not only will this allow your candle to smell its strongest, but it will also prevent tunneling and give you its longest lifespan.

  • Trim the wick

To ensure you're getting the best air quality and performance your candle can offer, it's important to trim the wick 1/4" before lighting - every time you light it.

  • keep it safe

Candles are like children - never leave them unattended and keep them in a safe environment. Never burn near flammable materials and only light a candle on heat-resistant surfaces. Candles get tired...don't give them any more than 4 hours of burn time per use.

  • when it's gone, it's gone

While it might be tempting to burn every last bit of wax from your candle, its actually reached its ending point when only 1/4"-1/2" of the wax remains. To prevent overheating the jar, it's best to stop when you've reached this point.
